Our Mushroom Head Cylinder is the perfect enlargement tool for developing a larger penis (glans) head. This 2 stage cylinder is designed so that the penis shaft can expand only to its normal size in the bottom first stage while the penis head can expand much larger in the upper top 2nd stage. Since the penis head is a difficult area to enlarge this cylinder is highly recommended for exactly this purpose.
Please note; this is a highly personalized made cylinder and if you choose any express shipping options your order WILL NOT ship the same day you place your order. Your order will ship when your Mushroom cylinder is ready; usually 5-7 business days after order receipt. Also note; I can only make diameters in quarter inch increments. (ie, 1.5, 1.75, 2, up to 2.5. Nothing past a 2.5″ diameter)
- Vacuum pressure is concentrated mainly on the penis head which allows for maximum expansion of this area.
- When ordering please provide the measurements to allow us to custom size the cylinder to fit your penis. IF YOU ARE ALREADY A “PUMPER” measure your PUMPED erect shaft length and total length.
- The 2nd stage (where your glans goes into) is a standard height and diameter, it is not customizable.
- The 3rd number I ask for is to basically test your measurements. For example, you enter 4.5″ for your shaft but then enter a 9″ total length. Something would be off here; you cannot have a 4.5″ high/long glans. I need YOUR total erect length, not what you expect the full length of the cylinder to be.
