Made of high quality, medical grade silicone. Please note: This cushion currently ONLY fits cylinders sized 1.5" to 2.75" in diameter and only (mostly) fits our round penis cylinders. Our male coupler is designed for use with our hand pumps. This coupler has a barbed end for attaching to vinyl tubing. Used with our hand pumps, this barbed-end connector fits our tubing/hose (sold separately). Push in coupler to attach the pump hose to the female coupler on a cylinder. If you are looking for a quarter inch coupler to use with another generic pump, you'll have to look elsewhere, apologies. Our pumps use a 3/16" ID coupler. -
